Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Refund Policy for Dr. Arif's Wellness Clinic

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been rendered. If you have prepaid for a service and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Conditions for Refunds:

    • The service must not have been rendered.

    • The refund request must be made within the specified timeframe.

    • Proof of payment must be provided.

  4. Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our clinic at drarifwellnessclinic@gmail.com or +91 94812 89390 with your appointment details and proof of payment. Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

  5. Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if only a portion of the service has been rendered. The amount refunded will be determined based on the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

  6. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Consultation fees once the consultation has been conducted.

    • Any services that have already been rendered.

  7. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  8. Changes to the Refund Policy: Dr. Arif Wellness Clinic reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
